1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LinksBubble ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

LinksBubble grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Windows computer(s) in accordance with these terms. The Pro license permits use on up to 2 devices per purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any license keys
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app to store or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to bypass the license key verification system
• Share your Pro license key with others beyond your permitted devices

4. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of LinksBubble is limited to 60 saved links. Upgrading to Pro removes this limit.

5. Pro License

The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to the Pro features at the time of purchase, plus all future feature updates. No recurring charges will be made. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the software does not function as described , contact support@linksbubble.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinksBubble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of LinksBubble shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. We strongly recommend using the Export feature to maintain regular backups of your links.

8. Data

You are solely responsible for the content you save in LinksBubble. We have no access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
